These general terms apply to use of chiversity.com and, where incorporated into an enrolment or programme agreement, to educational services provided under the Chiversity name. Programme-specific terms, admission rules and written offers take precedence where they expressly differ.
Website information is intended to describe programmes and services. An application, enquiry or account registration does not itself guarantee admission, enrolment, a visa, professional recognition or a study place.
Admission may depend on prior education, professional qualifications, language level, documentation, available capacity, partner-institution requirements and any other requirements published for the programme.
Applicable tuition, registration, accommodation, travel or other charges will be stated in the relevant offer, invoice or programme information. Payment deadlines and any instalment arrangements form part of the relevant agreement.
Cancellation, withdrawal, refund and rescheduling rules may differ by programme and will be communicated before a binding enrolment is concluded. Chiversity may make reasonable changes to schedules, teachers, locations, programme components or partner institutions where necessary, while seeking to preserve the educational purpose of the programme.
Participants must provide accurate information, meet admission and immigration requirements, behave professionally, respect applicable academic rules and avoid conduct that compromises safety, integrity or the learning environment.
A certificate, attendance record or Chiversity programme does not automatically create a regulated professional licence or recognition in a particular country. Where external accreditation, university credits or professional recognition applies, this will be stated specifically for that programme.
Course materials, website content, teaching materials and other protected content may not be copied, distributed or commercially reused except where permitted in writing or by applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, Chiversity is not responsible for indirect losses or consequences caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, third-party services, visa decisions or recognition decisions by independent authorities.
Chiversity may adapt, postpone or cancel affected services where performance is prevented or materially disrupted by events outside reasonable control, including governmental measures, travel restrictions, public-health events, natural disasters or partner-institution closures.
The applicable contracting entity, governing law and dispute arrangements will be identified in the programme offer, enrolment agreement or invoice where required. Current company details are displayed in the footer.
